AMENDING THE. OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE BY: RE-
PEALING SECTION .12:.14.-.06.0.WHICH SECTION PRE-
SCRIBES AND REGULATES PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS.
WHEREAS, the 'City Council of the :City.
Washington, pursuant to: Planning Commission
No. 319. called a public hearing and thereat.

the existing planned unit .development ordinance until
such time as a more comprehensive and procedurally detailed
ordinance might be promulgated and adopted, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO. ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The Edmonds City Code,Section 12.14.060 be and the
same herebyis repealed and no .additional applications shall
be received for planned unit developments subsequent :tothe
effective date of this ordinance, provided, however, those
planned unit developments having been applied for prior to.
the effective date of this ordinance .shall be completed and
regulated under the terms of section 12.14.060 as set forth.
therein .at the time of said applications.
