AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP,,
EDMONDS;z WASHINGTON BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL 8,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-8) TO
GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG) PURSUANT TO PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 337.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been
called by the City Council in accordance with Planning
Commission Resolution No. 337 and said City Council having
determined that the recommended zoning would be the most
consistent and advantageous for the development and appro-
priate use of said property and for the health, safety,
morals and general welfare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSz WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds,
Washington, be and the same is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from Single Family Residential
8,000 square feet (RS-8) to General Commercial (CG) that
property legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
and by this reference incorporated herein as if set forth
in full, all situate in the City of Edmonds, County of
Snohomish, State of Washington.
Section 2.
The City Engineers are hereby directed
to affectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning
Map of Edmonds Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
