AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP,
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON BY ADOPTING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY„ NEWLY
ANNEXED,TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG) AND MULTI-
PLE RESIDENTIAL,, LOW DENSITY (RML) PURSUANT TO
PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 338.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been
called by the City Council in accordance with Planning
Commission Resolution No. 338, the subject property
legally described below having been recently annexed, and
said City Council having determined that the recommended
zoning would be the most consistent and advantageous for
the development and appropriate use of said property and
for the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the
public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds,
Washington, be and the same is hereby amended by applying
the zoning classification of the following described
property, newly annexed, to General Commercial (CG), all
situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State
of Washington:
The west half of the northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 27,
Range 4 East, W.M., lying east of U.S. 99
(Primary State Highway No. 1) and west 165
feet of the southeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 29,
Township 27, Range 4E, W.M.
Section 2. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds,
Washington, be and the same is hereby amended by applying
the zoning classification of the following described
property, newly annexed, to Residential Multiple, Low
Density (RML), all situate in the City of Edmonds, County
of Snohomish, State of Washington:

The west half of the southeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of the southwest quarter
of Section 29, Township 27, Range 4 East, W.M.,
less the west 165 feet.
Section 3. The City Engineers are hereby directed
to affectuate the necessary amendments to the Official
Zoning Map of Edmonds Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
