AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 1532, SECTION 12.13.130,
CORRECTING A CLERICAL ERROR OCCURRING IN SUB-
SECTION (e) AND SUBSECTION (g).
WHEREAS, in the transmission from the Planning Com-
mission to the City Council by Planning Commission Resolution
No. 333, there occurred a clerical error in the omission of
a line in Subsection (e) and the omission of Minimum Yard
Sizes from Subsection (g) of Section 12.13.130, and,
WHEREAS, no changes were made to either of said pro-
visions from the original and preceding Section 12.13.130
in respect to either of said subsections, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Edmonds City Code, Section 12.13.130
(e) is hereby corrected to read as follows:
(e) Churches, community and non-commercial recrea-
tion facilities including clubs and schools,
shall conform to the lot coverage limitations set
forth for each in the RS classification. Lot
coverage restrictions apply to all structures,
principal and accessory, but not to open areas
used to provide required parking;
Section 2. The Edmonds City Code, Section 12.13.130
(g) is hereby corrected by the addition thereto of Subsection
8, reading as follows:
