AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP, EDMONDS, WASHINGTON BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL, LOW DENSITY (RML) TO
NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS (BN) PURSUANT TO PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 378.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called by the
City Council in accordance with Planning Commission Resolution No. 378
and said City Council having determined that the recommended zoning would
be the most consistent and advantageous for the development and appro-
priate use of said property and for the health, safety, morals and general
welfare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington, be
and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of
the following described property from multiple residential, low density
(RML) to neighborhood business (BN), all situate in the City of Edmonds,
County of Snohomish, State of Washington:
The West 75 feet of the East 187 feet of the South 130 feet
measured along the East line of Tract 7, Block 1, Plat of
Alderwood Manor No. 9, Volume 10 of Plats, Page 6,
Records of Snohomish County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to affectuate
the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map of Edmonds, Washington,
pursuant to this Ordinance.
