ORDINANCE NO. 1662
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM GENERAL
COMMERCIAL (CG) TO MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL HIGH
DENSITY (RMH) PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 408.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 408 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general welfare
of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classi-
fication of the following described property from General Commercial
(CG) to Multiple Residential High Density (RMH), all situate in
the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington:
Lot 23, Solners Five Acre Tracts
Section 2.
The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map of
Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
