AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, BY ADOPTING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY NEWLY ANTNEXED, TO BE ZONED
MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, LOW DENSITY (RML)
PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 428.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 428, the subject property legally described
below having been recently annexed and said City Council
having determined that the recommended zoning will be the
most consistent and advantageous for the development and
appropriate use of said property, and for the health, safety,
morals and general welfare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by applying zoning classifica-
tion of Multi -Family Residential, Low Density (RML), to the
following described property, newly annexed, all situate in
the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington:
The east 240 feet, Lot 13, Block 2, Westgate
Park Division No. 2, according to Records of
Snohomish County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Planner is hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map
of the City of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this ordinance.
