Ordinance 1712ORDINANCE NO. 1712 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, BY AMENDING SECTION 12.13.170 (c) (2) BY CHANGING THE SIDE YARD SETBACKS WHEN SUCH ZONE ABUTS AN R CLASSIFIED ZONE FROM FIVE (5) FEET TO TEN (10) FEET PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 434. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 434, called a public hearing, and having during said hearing determined it to be in the best interests and the public health, safety and welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance as set forth below, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 12.13.170 (c) (2) read as follows: Side Yards is hereby amended to 12.13.170 Bulk and Dimensional Regulations in BN (a) MINIMUM LOT AREA: None specified (b) MINIMUM LOT WIDTH: None specified. (c) MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS: ATTEST: (1) Front yard: Thirty feet except buildings on corner lots shall observe a minimum setback of thirty feet on both streets; (2) Side yards: Ten feet where abutting an R classified zone; (3) Rear yards: Twenty feet.
