AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
SUPPLEMENTING SCHEDULE III OF SECTION 8.64..030
OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING PARKING
AT ALL TIMES ON BOTH SIDES OF. 100TH AVENUE WEST
FROM 227TH PLACE WEST TO 232ND STREET S.W. AND ON
BOTH SIDES OF 196TH STREET S.W. FROM THE EAST
CITY LIMITS WEST TO 81ST PLACE WEST WITHIN SAID
CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, has determined that it is in the best interest
of the public health, safety and welfare to regulate the
parking of vehicles at all times on certain portions of
100th Avenue West and 196th Street S.W. within said city,
now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.64.030, Schedule III is hereby
supplemented by prohibiting parking at all times, when signs
are erected giving notice thereof on portions of the streets
within said city as hereinafter set forth:
Both sides of 100th Avenue West from 227th Place
West to 232nd Street S.W.
Both sides of 196th Street S.W. from the east City
Limits west to 81st Place West.
Section 2. The traffic engineer is hereby authorized
and instructed to have signs erected notifying the public of
the parking restrictions imposed by this Ordinance.
