AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON BY REDESIGNATING
FROM URBAN PARK (PU) TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
(RS) CERTAIN PROPERTY IN SAID CITY PURSUANT TO
PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 475.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Edmonds Planning Commission
Resolution No. 475, the City Council of the City of Edmonds
having called a public hearing, and there having determined
that the Comprehensive Land Use Plan should accordingly
be amended for the property depicted in Exhibit °BAPS attached
hereto and hereby incorporated in full by this reference,
said amendment being within the purview of the existing
documentation of said Edmonds Comprehensive Plan, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Edmonds
Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by changing the designation
of the property as depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
hereby incorporated in full by this reference from Urban Park
(PU) to Single-family Residential (RS).
Section 2. The City Planner and the City Engineer of the
City of Edmonds are hereby directed to effectuate the necessary
amendment to said Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Edmonds
Comprehensive Plan pursuant to this Ordinance.
