districts and not in BN districts within said City, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 12.13.150 (B)(3) is hereby amended to read
as follows:
1112.13.150(B).(3). Social service facilities providing day
services only, subject to grant of conditional use permit
and Statement of Operating Conditions. Appeal procedures
for rehearing shall be as provided in Section 12.13.110 (L)
(8)
Section 2. Section 12.13.270 .(35) of the Edmonds City Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
112.13.270 (35). Social service facilities providing day
services only and crisis centers providing twenty-four hour
accessibility, subject to grant of conditional use permit
and Statement of Operating Conditions. Appeal procedures
for rehearing shall be as provided in Section 12.13.110 (L)
(8) ."
