Ordinance 1822ORDINANCE NO. 1822 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTIONS 12 .13 .15e (B) .(3) ; PER`ITIED USESIN: BN DISTRICTS, AND 12.13.270 (35), PERMITTED USES IN CG DISTRICTS, BY DELETING CRISIS CENTERS AND PERMITTED USES IN BN DISTRICTS AND PERMITTING CRISIS CENTERS AS A PERMITTED USE IN CG DISTRICTS WITHIN SAID CITY PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 489. .............................................. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution hearing and during said hearing determined interests of the public health, safety and Edmonds Zoning Code as set forth below pur Commission Resolution No. 489, and WHEREAS, the City Council in its revi of Edmonds, Washington, No. 489 called a public it to be in the best welfare to amend the suant to Planning ew having determined that the original intent of Section 11 of Ordinance No. 1778 of said City was to permit crisis centers to be located in CG districts within said City and that a scrivener's error occurred in the resolution transmitted from the Planning Commission to the City Council resulting in passage of Ordinance No. 1778 of said City which permitted such use in BN districts and the City Council having determined that such a use should properly be permitted in CG districts and not in BN districts within said City, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 12.13.150 (B)(3) is hereby amended to read as follows: 1112.13.150(B).(3). Social service facilities providing day services only, subject to grant of conditional use permit and Statement of Operating Conditions. Appeal procedures for rehearing shall be as provided in Section 12.13.110 (L) (8) Section 2. Section 12.13.270 .(35) of the Edmonds City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 112.13.270 (35). Social service facilities providing day services only and crisis centers providing twenty-four hour accessibility, subject to grant of conditional use permit and Statement of Operating Conditions.
