AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 12.13.110 (f) TO EXCLUDE REAL
ESTATE OFFICES FROM THOSE PROFESSIONAL OFFICES
PERMITTED AS A PRIMARY USE, SUBJECT TO A CON-
DITIONAL USE PERMIT IN RESIDENTIAL MULTI -FAMILY
(RM) ZONES WITHIN SAID CITY PURSUANT TO PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 485.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington,
pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 485 called a public
hearing and during said hearing determined it to be in the best
interests of the public health, safety and welfare to amend the
Edmonds Zoning Code as set forth below pursuant to Planning
Commission Resolution No. 485, and
WHEREAS, the City Council having specifically found that the
use of real estate offices within residential zones is inconsistent
and incompatible with such residential use, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 12.13.110, Primary Uses in RD! Districts subsection
(f) is hereby amended to read as follows:
"12.13.110 (f). Professional offices, excluding real estate
offices, subject to conditional use permit grant."
