Ordinance 1849ORDINANCE NO. 1849 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY SECTION 12.03.080 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE BY ESTABLISHING A FIFTY FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY ON 242ND PLACE SOUTHWEST EAST OF 76TH AVENUE WEST PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 512. WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 512 the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, called a public hearing regarding the following proposed public right- of-way, and WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future neighborhood and traffic conditions and the general safety, welfare and health of the public, now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Official Street Map adopted by Section 12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by projecting existing and future public rights -of -way for the width and on the street as set forth in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and hereby incorporated in full by this reference, and amending Sheet 17, Section 32 of the Engineer's Drawing No. 1.559 to conform with Exhibit "A". Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend Reid, Middleton & Associates Drawing No. 1.559, Sheet 17, Section 32 of the Official Street Map of the City of Edmonds to depict the revision and/or establishment of the projected rights -of -way on said street map as described in Section 1 hereinabove.
