AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 12.10.150 (2) TO SET FORTH
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPEAL OF SHORT SUBDIVISIONS
PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 543.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
543 the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington held
a public hearing and having during said hearing determined it to
be in the best interest of the public health, safety and general
welfare to amend the Edmonds Zoning Ordinance, particularly the
Subdivision Code as set forth below in accordance with Planning
Commission Resolution No. 543 and finding that there will be no
significant adverse environmental impacts, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 12.10.150(2)(c) is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"12.10. 150 (2) (c) . Appeal to Planning Commission. The
applicant or any interested party may appeal the decision
of the City Planner by requesting that the matter be set
for public hearing before the Planning Commission. The
request shall be in writing, shell set forth the reason
or reasons as to why the subdivision should be either
approved or denied, and must be filed with the City
Planner within fifteen (15) days from the date of
completion of the hearing."
