ORDINANCE NO. 2313
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2289 PASSED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL ON MAY 4, 1982, ADJUSTING THE SALARY
GRID FOR EXEMPT AND NONREPRESENTED, NONEXEMPT
PERSONNEL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 2289 passed by
the City Council on May 4, 1982, is hereby amended adjusting the
salary range for exempt personnel and nonexempt, nonrepresented
personnel by 6.08 percent as set forth in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and incorporated by this reference as if set forth herein
in full.
Section 2. Other than as set forth herein, the
provisions of Ordinance No. 2289 shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting as
provided by law.
