AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, DELETING SUBSECTION 16.30.030(D)
OF THE EDMONDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GUIDE
RELATING TO THE LOCATION OF CONDITIONAL USES
IN MULTI -FAMILY ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection 16.30.030(0 of the Community
Development Code requiring that all uses requiring a conditional
use permit be located on arterial streets only, is hereby
repealed and deleted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days after passage and publication by posting as
provided by law.
