ORDINANCE NO. 2469
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 8.64.080 REGULATING COMMERCIAL
VEHICLES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND FIXING A TIME WHEN
THE SAME SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.64.080 Schedule VII - Commercial
Vehicles Prohibited from Using Certain Streets is amended by the
repeal of its subsection 1 and enactment of a new subsection 1
relating to 76th Avenue West to read as follows:
8.64.080 SCHEDULE VIII - COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PROHIBITED
FROM USING CERTAIN STREETS
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall operate a commercial vehicle except as provided
under Section 8.56.020, upon any of the following
streets or parts of streets:

provided by law.
