Click the PhishAlarm "Report Phish" button. For mobile - forward to --m Hi Sue, Jun 29 2021 CITY OF EDMONDS DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT I have reviewed the revised TCP with the detour with our Transportation Engineer, and I have the following comments/questions: Where does PSE intend to put the VMS/PCMS sign? There is only V of ROW behind the sidewalk in most of this stretch of Highway 99, so putting it on there or on the sidewalk would not be a good option as it would obstruct the sidewalk and would require the sidewalk to be closed. Can PSE put the VMS/PCMS sign at the intersection of 76th and Highway 99 (circled below)? There is a vegetated/bark area off the sidewalk that could potentially work for the sign. Please confirm that this sign placement could work for line of sight for northbound traffic on Hwy 99. 1 don't see an issue with the placement _ V .Q Icc a;UJ W Approximately how many days does PSE anticipate the work to take? for AA 2 days work The City will want PSE to provide at least 48-72 hours' notice prior to start of work (up to 1 week would be preferred). This would include putting up the VMS/PCMS ahead of time to notify traffic of the upcoming detour. Info For AA will contact Let me know if you have any questions.
