1. ALL DISTURBED PERVIOUS SURFACES SHALL BE AMENDED TO MEET DOE BMP T5.13.
2. EXISTING WATER METER TO BE REUSED. DISCONNECT LINE AT THE METER AND INSTALL
A HOSE BIB W/ ATMOSPHERIC VACUUM BREAKER AT THE METER DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
3. FROM OCTOBER 1ST TO APRIL 30TH ANY EXPOSED SOILS NOT BEING WORKED FOR MORE
THAN TWO DAYS SHALL BE COVERED. FROM MAY 1ST TO SEPTEMBER 30 ANY EXPOSED
SOILS NOT BEING WORKED FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS SHALL BE COVERED.
4. INSTALL AND MAINTAIN ALL TESC MEASURES ACCORDING TO APPROVED PLANS, CITY OF
EDMONDS STANDARD DETAILS, AND ALL OTHER MEASURES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED
DURING CONSTRUCTION.
