Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edtnondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. SITE PLAN 1) Any new or replaced impervious surfaces shall count toward impervious surface calculations, including but not limited to patios, walkways, rooflines and roof eaves, and driveways. Please confirm that all new/replaced impervious areas are included in the calculation shown on the plans. • Meeting or exceeding 2,000 SF of new/replaced impervious area shall require stormwater management. 2) The plans indicate that the existing driveway will be used for the construction entrance. Is the intention with this project to keep all of the existing asphalt driveway? If any portion or all of it will be replaced, please indicate on the plans and include in the total impervious surface calculations. 3) It is unclear where the side sewer enters the existing house or the proposed addition. Please clarify on the plans. If the side sewer is proposed to enter the addition, please install a cleanout within 2' of the structure. • If changes need to be made to the side sewer to accommodate the proposed addition, please submit a Side Sewer Permit Application. 4) Please show the water service line from the meter to the house. TESC 1) Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail ER-900. 2) Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site. Incorporate and reference City standard detail ER-902. 3) Add note: All disturbed areas to be compost amended per 2014 SWMMWW BMP T.5.13. 4) Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
