Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, the trench drain installed across the driveway shall have a solid lid installed. 2. The slope on the East side of the driveway at the end of the wall shall be compost amended and permanently stabilized. During the final inspection it was noticed that additional unpermitted work has been performed. A circular driveway has been constructed along with a new retaining wall, both of which may or may not be permissible. Please respond to the following. 1. Submit a site plan that clearly shows what work has been performed to construct the lower driveway as well as any work proposed yet to be done. The City will review the site plan and determine which portions of the improvements, if any, can remain and any additional work that may be required to bring the site into compliance. 2. In the meantime, immediately install erosion control measures in all areas where the soil has been disturbed and schedule an inspection. THE ACTIONS OR CORRECTIONSINDICATED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO BE CORRECTED BY: 1/18/2021 OR PENALTIES MAYBE APPLIED.
