Services were performed using industry standards as outlined by 40 CFR PART 280,70, WAC 173-360-380(1) API
1604, AP12015 Tank contains approximately _189__ gallons of oil. Approximately 100 gallons of water was used
to rinse the tank. All waste products will be disposed of through Marine Vacuum of Seattle per state regulations. All
good oil will be donated to our list of local families in need.
