On 03/01/2021, I field verified the elevation of the ridge elevation of the new residence
located at 20018 83rd Ave W., Edmonds, WA 98026. The elevation of the roof ridge is
435.73' (NAVD 88).
A maximum roof elevation of 436.18 above sea level is indicated on the approved site
plan for permit number BLD2020-0250, as approved by Donovan Akau on 07/06/2020.

1. HDU2 will have to be drilled at 12" in depth for retro fit /Epoxy
2. Can we use the H2.5T in lieu of H1s

Yes, the HDU2 can be post installed with a 12" embed and H2.5s work for the trusses.
