1. Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, a maintenance
bond shall be in place in the amount of $11,333.82.
2. Please provide an asbuilt drawing of the project improvements as they were constructed in the
field.
3. All disturbed soils shall be compost amended per city of Edmonds standard detail SD-642.
4. Remove all sediment fences.
5. Install crushed rock or topsoil flush with the edge of the asphalt walkway along 83`d Ave W.
6. Install crushed rock or topsoil along the edge of the shared driveway.
7. Stabilize the steep slope on the west side of the property between the two houses.
