Recommendation: I recommend that BLD2020-0250 be withheld until the comments
below are adequately addressed.
Review Comments:
1. Drainage Report: Submit a written drainage memo to state (1) what the previous
approved civil design assumes for the future impervious/hardscape square footage
for this lot, (2) state actual proposed square footage under this permit, and (3)
state that the proposed plan remains complaint with the previously approved report
and drainage BMPs, or update calculations and submit full report as needed.
2. Update civil sheet to clarify the limits of the current applied for permit.
a. Elements to be constructed under plat civil improvements should be
shown differently and identify by the permit number they are to be
constructed under.
b. If already constructed, update plan to identify the constructed system as
existing.
3. Site plan varies slightly in hardscape configuration and possibly the south-west
corner building/patio configuration; ensure civil site plan matches architectural site
plan and re -sum all impervious surface as needed.
a. Architectural site plan also shows a driveway trench drain at the north end
of the individual driveway which is not reflected on civils; update clarify as
needed (show new connection to drain system if proposed)
4. Update TESC plan to reflect and protect the new drainage system per plat.
