Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, a cast iron
lamphole cover with 1/2" hex bolts, a 6" gripper twist plug and a 24" x 24" concrete collar shall
be installed at the 6" sewer clean out near the property line.
2. Tracer wire shall be brought into the meter box.
3. All gutters shall be installed and connected to the tight lines.
4. Install 2 — 8.5' x 16' gravel parking stalls in the front yard as per plans.
