pipeline and/or appurtenances thereto, the beneficiaries of the easements herein -
above reserved and conveyed, shall have the right of entry to their respective
easements for such purposes and shall.have the further right to remove trees,
bushes, undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with the installation,
operation, and/or maintenance of said sanitary sewer pipeline and appurtenances
thereto, provided that, when such entry is necessary, all subsequent activity
shall be performed in a workmanlike manner, with all reasonable haste, and the
premises shall be restored to as near pre -entry condition as is reasonably
possible.
