NOTE: It is suggested to install a radio at the 8517 building first and then install a radio at the 8515 building second for radio
signal strength
• Install AES radio for fire panel monitoring at the 8517 building
• Install 120V outlet to power radio
• Perform fire final inspection with fire marshal
• Provide electrical and fire permits
Exclusions

• Monitoring contract: 1-year $45/monthly, 2-year $40/monthly and 5-year $35/monthly
• Re -inspection fees if fire marshal needs to make a return visit for a failed inspection due to factors outside of AAA's control
• Seattle Monitoring License Fee
Cancellation:
Should subscriber cancel services with AAA prior to the end of their current term, then customer hereby authorizes AAA to invoice
Subscriber for 100% of the balance of their equipment lease, monitoring term, as well as costs associated with AAA re-collecting
monitoring equipment.

Terms and Conditions
Standard Exclusions: Union labor and/or prevailing wage rates and filing fees, permits, change orders, lift rental/delivery, sheet rock patching/painting,
abatement, AHJ or insurance verification, and finals unless itemized on quote. AAA Fire Protection is not responsible or liable for failure of system wiring
or devices that occur outside of our scope of work or sprinkler piping breaks that occur while removing sprinkler piping heads. Grand Total does not
included Washington State Sales Tax unless specified. If non taxable please send tax documentation to accounting@aaafire.com.
Technician Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Scheduling Cancellation Fee: AAA charges a minimum of 2 hours labor per technician and up to 50% of the gross value of all work scheduled, if we are
given less than 48 business hours notice of a customer need to reschedule or cancel.
Warranty: Parts: Manufacturer's warranty. Labor: 90 days.
Installations, Improvements, Upgrades and Repairs: AAA Fire Protection requires a 50% down payment prior to commencement of work. In the event a
customer misses or cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, AAA reserves the right to invoice up to half of that day's scheduled
labor hours.
Note of Good Faith: Our intent is to resolve your system issues as expediently as possible. However, troubleshooting and temporary fixes are billable
events, even in those efforts in which additional visits, parts and labor are required to restore a system to proper operation.
Change Orders: Provided upon customer request or at AAA discretion.
