The inspector observed the installation of (25) SafeBase 288 push piers, verifying pier locations, installation depth, installation pressure, bracket type, pier type, pier diameter and thickness. To confirm pier capacity, load tests were observed following installation and the results were within approved allowances. Please see attached field installation logs and load test data dated, 8/2/2021 & 8/4/2021. All anchors were installed per the intent of the design and any installation deviations were reviewed and approved by this office with no outstanding non- compliance items. Our inspection and testing services do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any type and were provided and intended to help reduce the risk of construction defects, deficiencies or omissions that may arise during and after construction. It is the contractor's responsibility to perform their work in accordance with the approved construction documents. All inspections and tests were performed and reported according to the requirements of the City Building Regulations and these Administrative Rules and, to the best of my knowledge, the work was in conformance with the applicable workmanship provisions of the State Building Code and Standards.
