Hi, Jen. We're not quite prepared to submit ADA ramp designs for ENG2020-0356, -0360 and -0361
and are requesting those ones be expired. However, if you could please continue with the review of
0359 since there's no ADA ramp design needed on this one, that would be great.

Hi Kirsten,
We aren't able to continue reviewing the applications for ENG2020-0356, -0360 and -0361 without
submittal of the ADA ramp designs. How soon do you think you'd be able to submit the ADA ramp
designs? I'll need to talk Jeanie about whether we can keep these applications open or if we need to
expire them and have you reapply, but it will likely depend on how soon you can submit everything
that is needed for us to complete our review.
It doesn't appear that ADA ramp designs were needed for ENG2020-0359. If Ben's resubmittal of
5/6/21 addressed staff's comments for ENG2020-0359, would you want that permit issued
separately from ENG2020-0360 and -0361? It looks like we held off on reviewing the revised plans
that Ben submitted on 5/6/21 for ENG2020-0359, -0360, and -0361 waiting for submittal of the ADA
ramp designs, but we could continue with reviewing ENG2020-0359 since that one didn't need an
ADA ramp design.

Hi, Jeanie. I've reach out to our engineer on the following permits. Ben Ice has informed us that the
only concern remaining with permit ENG2020-0356 is the ADA corner. I'm assuming we'll need to
reapply for this one? The other three permits involved submitting revised drawings. I've attached his
most recent communication with City of Edmonds regarding that. He believes the revised drawings
will resolve your concerns, however there is still the issue of ADA corners pertaining to these three
permits. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed. Thank you!

Since we just had a discussion on permit timelines last week, I wanted to send this communication
your way before we expire these permits. The first one in the list below (ENG2019-0001) is actively
being worked on, so please disregard that one in this discussion. For the others in the list, we never
received responses from PUD and at this point are getting ready to expire the applications. If you
have new/different information, please let us know. We will hold off on expiring until I hear from
you, but would appreciate if that could be fairly soon so we can get the old permits closed out as
needed.

Hi Shaina,
I wanted to follow up since we haven't heard back from you about several of these permit
applications, and the applications are set to expire next week (on July 7th) if we don't receive
resubmittals. Of the permits that we requested status of on April 7th (see email below), we have
only received a resubmittal for ENG2019-0001, so that application is still active (we sent comments
on the resubmittal on 6/3/21 and are awaiting a resubmittal).
Natalie was asked ADA ramp questions related to ENG2020-0356 back in early May, but we never
received a resubmittal on that one. We also haven't received resubmittals for ENG2020-0359,
-0360, and -0361. No action is needed if you don't intend to move forward with these applications,
but I wanted to give you a heads up that they will expire (and fees will be charged for review time
spent) if we don't receive resubmittals by the deadline.

Do you plan to resubmit and move forward with any of these applications, or would you like to
withdraw them? Due to the length of time that has past since our review comments were sent, if
you are not able to resubmit within 90 days, we will expire the applications and require PUD to
reapply under new permit applications. If you do not plan to move forward with the proposed work
or if you do not expect to be able to resubmit within 90 days, we can withdraw the applications.
Please note that we will still need to bill for review time spent on any expired/withdrawn
applications.
