Statement of Compliance
Please be advised that on August 27, 2021, Michael McCann, SE, of McCann
Structural Solutions, the Project Engineer of Record, conducted a site visit to
examine the status of the current framing. Numerous photos of the existing
framing were taken.
During the site visit, the locations of the shear wall hold downs and anchor
bolts to the existing CMU wall below at the main floor were determined and
marked with the contractor, and the glulam beam hangers were noted as
installed correctly and in the proper locations.
Therefore, the framing as observed is in compliance with the approved plan set
and the intent of the structural drawing set.
