The top of slope and buffer have been added to the sht A1 Site Plan. A Geotech review has been completed for the Lot 1 plans and letter submitted confirming the proposed building plans
are consistent with ECDC 23.80.050, that they conform to the recommendations in the original Geotech Report dated 12/12/17 and that the proposed home is well away from the top of slope
and recommended buffer.
