GENERAL
1) Side sewer permit application is included with this submittal.
2) The redundant 1 "=20' site plan has been deleted.
TESC
1) Filter fence is shown on TESC plan and installation per ER-900 has been referenced
on TESC plan and in Legend.
2) Note has been added to notes box: "All disturbed areas to be compost amended per
2014 SWMMWW BMP T.5.13."
3) Note has been added to notes box: "Install and maintain all TESC measure& according
to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be
required during construction."
WATER
1) Legend and plans contain 2 distinct line types for utilities installed with short plat
PLN2017-0065 and utilities installed with single family residence.
2) A fire note, in notes box says "home to be equipped with NFPA 13-D fire suppression
system". Water service note has been added to notes box and notes added to plans calling
for 1" water meter, 1-1/2" service from meter to house, installed with tracer wire and pipe
material has been called out. Horiz and vert pipe separations have been called out and no
landscape irrigation systems are proposed with this building permit application.
SEWER
1) Legend and plans contain 2 distinct line types for utilities installed with short plat
PLN2017-0065 and utilities installed with single family residence.
2) Side sewer is shown connecting to house with pipe material labeled and I.E. at P.L. has
been shown.
STORM
1) Storm drainage note has been added to notes box clarifying what is to be installed
under short plat and wliat is to be installed under SFR. Legend and plans contain 2
distinct line types for utilities installed with short plat PLN2017-0065 and utilities
installed with single family residence.
2)lmpervious-Areas_chart, with_breakdowns,-has been added to notes box.
3) Footing drywell is shown a minimum of 10' from the structure on the site plan.
4) A utility note has been added to notes box to maintain a minimum of 2' of cover is
required for all pipes located under driveable surfaces and 1' of cover under landscape
areas
