I have reviewed this building permit application on behalf of the Planning Division. During
review, it was found that the following corrections need to be addressed. Please submit
updated plans with changes called out, any requested reports, and summarize the changes in a
cover letter:
1. Geotech report: Please update the December 12, 2017 report consistent with ECDC
23.80.050 for the specific improvements proposed on Lot 1 addressing the standards in
ECDC 23.80.060 and .070. Indicate the top of slope on Sheet Al as well as the buffer
distance determined in the geotech report.
