• This triplex has 2 apartments on top (with a bonus room each on the bottom)
and 1 apartment on the bottom level [see picture below]
• Only two (2) of the units will be remodeled: Apt 2 and Apt 3
• The existing basement/bonus rooms in Apt 2 and Apt 3 each have a wall
heater installed.
• The existing basement/bonus rooms each have washer/dryer hookups with
operating washers/dryers. The vent and electrically will just need to be
moved a few feet over to the new location.
• The existing window in bonus room of Apt 3 is large enough but more than
44" off the floor, so the opening will need to be enlarged to fit a window lower
to the floor. It will be a slider window with opening area per code, but I am
unsure as to the exact window size at this point since I was planning on
using a step. Do you need exact window sizes?
