Good morning Denise and Eric,
I just submitted a revision to the Apartment 2 Architectural plan. I'm attaching it here for
convenience. The changes are as follows:
1. Changed the diagonal wall of the laundry room to a wall that runs E-W
2. Changed the type and size of the egress window to a casement window 36" H x 32" W
3. Added pg. 2 showing the Window Well
4. Added pg. 3 showing the framing of the North wall where the egress window will be created
If this looks good, I will submit the same for Apartment 3.

In accordance with IRC R310.3. The horizontal area of the well shall not be less than 9 square feet with
a horizontal projection of not less than 36". Well greater than 44" in depth shall have a permanently
affixed ladder or steps. If you choose to utilize a window well as part of your project, please submit a
revised drawing for review.
