I, Nicole Lemons, declare that, in my capacity as Director of Special Projects Administration, I have the authority
to bind the Sunrise at Edmonds Condominium Owners Association to payment of all fees associated with this
Project, including all hourly or other fees which may accrue before, during, and/or after issuance, regardless
whether the permit is ultimately issued.
I hereby authorize Amento Group (710 2nd Avenue Suite 400, Seattle, WA 98104) to act as the primary contact
and primary applicant for this Project. Amento Group is not responsible for the payment of fees.
