Dear Planning and Development Service Department:
AT&T proposes to modify their wireless communications antennas on the existing Rooftop
located at 1414 91" Avenue N. Within the City of Edmonds Jurisdiction and makes the following
representations:
• This is not a proposal to construct a new structure and no public notice is required.
AT&T understands its obligation and agrees to remove its antennas within one year of
abandonment.
AT&T will operate this facility in compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration
regulations and standards, and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of this facility shall be consistent with
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The proposed work on this facility will not affect the public right of way nor will it
require a public street closure.
