with IBC chapter 10. 1

so as to safely distribute weight on 1
■ existing deck structure, or other locations

4. Tent structure is not to be occupied ■
. during heavy snow events. 1
5. Tent structure is not to be occupied
1 during high wind events. ■
■ 6. This permit is temporary and tent 1
structure must be removed no later than
1 180 days after permit is issued. 1
■ 7. Pre -occupancy inspections by Fire and 1
Building inspectors required.
1 8. Post -removal inspection by Building ■

9. Installation, use and maintenance of
1 equipment and components shall be per ■
manufacturer's specifications, installation
. Instructions, and applicable state codes. 1
10. Heating equipment must be approved
1 by Fire Marshal.
NOTE: This Stamp page must remain with the city approved plans at all times. Failure to have this
Stamp page with the City approved plans could result in delay of the inspections including the FINAL
