Freestanding pole sign, single sided. The sign consists in 20 %" X 12" X 3 mm, made out of aluminum
composite material (Di -bond), digitally printed graphics with a glossy lamination. The sign will be
installed on a rust -resistant galvanized steel post and will be secured with 2 %' long X 1/4" diameter
galvanized hex bolts with washers and nuts.
The post will be 8' long, 1 W width and will be installed 24" below grade in one 12" diameter
holes,which will be filled with concrete to fix the pole into place. The post will be 72" above grade.
Provide a detailed site plan that show the exact location of each proposed sign within the parking lot,
including the following:
a. Sign to be located in landscaping or asphalt -The sign will be located on the landscaping, right at the
entrance from 4th Ave S.
b. Distance from drive aisles/alley—The sign will be located adjacent to the driving aisle.
c. Distance from parking stalls —The sign will be located 5' away from the first stall.
d. Distance behind sidewalk -The sign will be placed at 20' away from the side walk. The existing sign was
removed.
