OBSERVATIONS
RGI was onsite to observe the wall construction progress.
Contractor has finished the wall construction and backfill. The front and back of the wall have been
backfilled with native materials. The surface is still loose but the underlying material was compacted based
on probing with a % inch diameter probe. The material below the wall was observed to be compacted as
well.
The loose material on the surface was being
moisture conditioned with a sprinkler prior
to compaction. , ;`
