PROJECT NARRATIVE:
There is currently an existing single family residence residing at this property with existing decks and
patios. The site itself slopes moderately to the west with upwards of 40% slopes in some areas, the
proposed project would include adding ecoblock retaining walls along the west and south portions of the
site to obtain a level grade equal to the existing lower patio level. There would be cutting and filling at
these locations with grading at a slope per the geotechnical recommendations provided by The Riley
Group. There will be a future sportcourt, pool and hot tub to be designed by others at a later time. The
purpose of this project is to obtain the desired grade level to match the existing patio elevation of 214.4'.
