Issuance of this permit shall not be deemed to modify, waive or reduce any requirements of any City ordinance nor limit in any way the City's ability to enforce any ordinance provision. 2 - PERMIT DISCLOSURE - Any request for alternate design, modification, variance or other administrative deviation from adopted codes ordinances or policies must be specifically requested in writing and be called out and identified. Check the job card for all required City inspections including final project approval and final occupancy inspections. 5 - PLUMBING - Plumbing contractor license laws are regulated by Chapter 18.106 RCW. Installation, use and maintenance of equipment and components shall be per MANUFACTURER SPECS FOR manufacturers specifications, installation instructions, and applicable state codes. INFORMATION Provide manufactures installation instructions on site for Building Inspector. Maximum Height 25 feet. The agent or contractor shall set up the equipment; establish the datum point and the point of average grade. Call for inspections to verify. These MAXIMUM HEIGHT O items must be consistent with the approved plan. If the proposed height of a building is INFORMATION within 12 inches of the maximum height permitted for the zone an elevation survey is required. Verify element materials, sizes and lengths comply with the requirements. Determine capacities of test elements and conduct additional load tests as required. Inspect driving operation and maintain complete and accurate records for each element. REQUIRED SPECIAL FOR INSPECTIONS INFORMATION Verify placement locations and plumbness. Confirm type and size of hammer. Record number of blows per -foot of penetration. Determine required penetrations to achieve design capacity. Record tip and butt elevations and document any damage to foundation elements. Special inspections have been called for on this project and are noted on the approved SPECIAL INSPECTION BUILDING FOR construction plans. It is the owner and or contractors responsibility to ensure that reports DIVISION INFORMATION are provided to the City as required by the inspector.
