This letter is in response to the Plan Review Comments made by the Planning, Engineering and
Building Division.
Planning Division
Reference is made to the letter dated November 28, 2017 from Mike Clugston & Brad Shipley,
Associate Planners.
Item 5. ADB Condition 2. To meet ADB Condition 2, we have added trim to all windows, and
providing varied colors for trim around the windows. The trim will match the color of the
gutters. It will look very nice.
Item 6 ADB Condition 3. To meet ADB Condition 3, we added additional windows to the
homes facing 2441h (lots 1 & 11), the homes facing the hammerhead turnaround (lots 4 & 8), and
the sides of homes facing east and west (Lots 5 & 7). Refer to the Exterior Colors Site Plan.
Additional windows will provide for more architectural interest, especially on the 2nd floor.
Item 7 Height Calculations. We have added a height calculation table to Sheet A-1 and clouded
the change.
Enizincerinty, Division
Reference is made to the letter dated December 15, 2017 from JoAnne Zulauf, Engineering
Technician.
Item 1. We added a note to Sheet Al to reference the Fill/Grade permit and clouded the change.
Item 2. Noted.
Item 3. We added the total impervious surface to sheet A-1 and clouded the change. In addition,
we added the total impervious on each Lot Exhibit. R E S V B
