During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents with a written
response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. All site/utility work shall be referenced to the Fill/Grade permit bld20171333.
Please add reference to this permit number on each sfr plan set.FYI: Three SFRs, 1334, 1335, and 1336 will have the traffic impact fee waived to account for the three existing services.
The stormwater GFC will be collected with the Fill/Grade permit.Please add the total impervious surface amount of each lot on the respective sfr plan set.
