You will note that our building at 262'Railroad Avenue is set back
from the street and also from the adjacent building to the North by

16 feet. Not only is the Ebbtide 16 feet further to.the street' but
their carport roof is 20 feet high and outside of that they have tall
pyramid plantings to the East (by the new walkway).

This means that our office cannot be seen at all driving South o$
Railroad Avenue. There will be no visibility at all unless a

free standing sign is used. By using one visible sign'at the
S. E. corner, we can dispense with any other signs on our South wall.
It will greatly reduce the necessity for other signs on East wall.
20.10.050 allows 32 sq. ft. in the C. W..Zone. We're only asking for
16 •sq. ft. 20.10.050 permits 14.0' in height in- C.W. Zone'.''..K:>
