5. Covenant to Touch and Concern the Land. This covenant of

I have some wetland questions and I'm hoping that you can help me sort them out. The property at
1591774 th Place West was subject to a wetland mitigation plan prepared by Wetland Resources, Inc. in
2003. This report required that once the mitigation project was completed, the contracted wetland
professional was to prepare a final report as to the success of the project. It appears that Senior Permit
Coordinator Marie Harrison noted that there is a maintenance bond for this project so Kathleen Taylor
from our Planning Division attempted to contact you in February of 2009 requesting a copy of a final
wetland assessment report. I was asked to follow-up and find out the status of the wetland report. Do
you know if the final wetland assessment was ever conducted? If so, could you provide a copy to my
attention so I can help close out thefile? I've enclosed copies of previous correspondence and a copy
of the original report. Marie is out of the office at this time, so if you have bond/permitting questions,
