HOA LetterTo whom it Concerns,
The Montclair Owners Association (HOA) authorizes CDK Construction
Services Inc. (Contractor) to submit for permit and perform subsequent
repairs at Units A 106 & A202 located at 8502 Main St Edmonds, WA
98026. This work will proceed on a Time & Material basis per contract
agreement between the HOA and it's Contractor, in accordance with repair
directives outlined by Dibble Engineering Inc's Structural Evaluation Report
dated 611712021. It is the desire of the HOA to commence with repairs
as soon as permits are issued by the City of Edmonds.
