A Part/Smarts Fire Alarm Tenant Improvement per the City of Edmond's requirements. The main
floor of the existing non -sprinkled building is undergoing a tenant improvement. This is a
Parts/Smarts project, FPI will provide a code compliant design, fire alarm permit/submittals, new
Description fire alarm equipment, system pre -testing and final acceptance testing. Evergreen Power Systems
of Work: Inc will provide the electrical permit and electrical installation as shown. The main floor of the
existing building will be brought up to current code per Edmonds Municipal Code 19.25.035.
Additional Detection and Occupant Notification will be installed in areas lacking proper coverage,
all exiting devices to remain unless noted. The existing FACP (SK-5204) is located in the
electrical room on the lower floor.
