Eastern site perimeter needs to be swept clear of sediment prior to a rain event. (see photo) Stormwater drain inserts are relatively clean and free of debris. Sidewalks are present along the northern site perimeter which act as a conveyance channel and prevent stormwater from running onto/off the site. Rainwater. Straw wattles are present along the eastern site perimeter. No gaps are present between the site and eastern asphalt. Contractor needs to maintain sediment -free asphalt through periodic sweeping and general site tidiness. Erosion and sediment control techniques include crushed rock for truck tires, silt fences along the eastern, straw wattles, plastic covering soil piles, and storm drain inserts. Below is a visual r resentation of the site conditions at the time of inspection. _ r . Hyundai Sales Building: Krazan and Associates representative was on site for the once weekly CESCL inspection at the Hyundai Sales Building. Site perimeter appears effective in preventing sediment from running off -site. Asphalt should still be swept periodically to eliminate sediment issues due to truck traffic. Soil piles have received full plastic covering. Perimeter sidewalks work is contained by curbing. Temporary erosion and sediment control techniques include tires, silt fences along the eastern, straw wattles, plastic covering soil piles, and storm drain inserts.
